The Headrest Safe is completely covered in 1/2-inch foam rubber, meeting required safety standards. The safe itself is made of 18-gauge steel with a 16-gauge steel door and SILS System™ steel lock. Once installed, your Headrest Safe locks in place so it can't be easily removed by thieves or anyone else.
With its universal design, the Headrest Safe will fit in almost all vehicles with a 2-prong post headrest pattern and can easily be installed by the buyer. With the magnetic cover and quick access keypad, you will have rapid access to whatever you choose securely stored away.
The Headrest Safe was designed to be on the passenger side, so the driver has direct access to the safe from the driver’s seat.
Also available is a drivers' side companion headrest to match identically to the Headrest Safe, further reducing the chance that an alert valet or thief will take note of the unique headrest.
