The Health Alteration Committe was a short-lived entity within the CIA. Created around 1960, the members sought unusual solutions to worldwide problems. Some of these solutions were meant to weaken an adversary and take them out of the equation temporarily, and others were more permanent.
This new logo features a reimagined Caduceus staff. The staff is replaced with a dagger and the two intertwined snakes with a pair of garrotes. Both are time-tested tools for the intentional alteration of health.
