The Office of Strategic Services, or OSS, was formed in June 1942 to conduct intelligence collection activities, sabotage, espionage, and communications behind enemy lines for the duration of World War II. "This is No Picnic" was the title of one of their original training manuals. It's exploits are legendary. More than 13,000 people served in the OSS before it's dissolution in September 1945. Many OSS veterans went on to serve in the Central Intelligence Agency when it was formed in 1947. This arrowhead insignia lives on in the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM) logo of the modern era.
Commemorate the heroics and sacrifices of the OSS with this 11oz mug. Perfect for coffee, tea and hot chocolate, this classic shape white, durable ceramic mug in the most popular size. High quality sublimation printing makes it an appreciated gift to every true hot beverage lover.
