This unique playing card deck was originally issued during World War II to provide servicemen with essential knowledge and a fun pastime as well. This deck is a reproduction of the original instructive decks first issued in 1943.
Each card features 3 silhouettes of an Allied or Axis Power airplane as it would be seen by a ground observer or from another airplane. There are 52 different aircraft including Allied bombers and fighters, as well as Axis aircraft from Germany, Japan, and Italy.
This deck is suitable for most card games and can be enjoyed by players of all ages.
